Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier device of a solar battery module and a solar battery module inspection device which can inspect photoelectric transfer characteristics of a solar battery module by suppressing unevenness in irradiance of pseudo sunlight on a light-receiving surface of the solar battery module caused by deflection of the solar battery module.SOLUTION: A solar simulator 1 includes a light source part 12 radiating pseudo sunlight 16 onto a light-receiving surface of a solar battery module 51; and a suction part 3 sucking a reverse surface opposite the light-receiving surface and holds the solar battery module 51. The solar simulator 1 is provided with: a carrier part 4 which carries the suction part 3 holding the solar battery module 51 and arranges the solar battery module 51 at an existing measurement position where the light-receiving surface faces the light source part 12 and no light-shielding object mediates between the light-receiving surface and the light source part 12; and a measurement part which measures photoelectric transfer characteristics of the solar battery module 51 in the state that the pseudo sunlight 16 is radiated onto the light-receiving surface by the light source part 12 at the existing measurement position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
