The frame body 16 is made of non-combustibility such as metal, since the noncombustible member 18 is attached to the lower part of the frame body 16, incursion of fire is prevented from the below, and the solar battery 17 of the solar battery panels 10, 10' is protected from fire at the time of a fire. Accordingly, a prescribed size range has fire resistance from the eaves edge part, and fire catching from the neighbor's house can be prevented.
