To prevent the neighbor's house from catching of fire by providing a solar battery panel disposed on at least the edge part of an eaves out of a plurality of solar panels with a noncombustible member.
In a solar battery roof 7, a sheathing roof board 9 is provided along a common rafter 8 inclined in the downward direction toward the eaves side from the ridge side of a building, and a plurality of solar battery panels 10 are vertically and horizontally arranged on the upper side of the sheathing roof board 9. A solar battery 17 is housed in a metal-made substantially quadrate frame body 16 in the solar battery panels 10, 10', and a non-combustible member 18 is provided downward of the solar battery 17 by being separated from the solar battery 17. The frame body 16 is made of non-combustibility such as metal, since the noncombustible member 18 is attached to the lower part of the frame body 16, incursion of fire is prevented from the below, and the solar battery 17 of the solar battery panels 10, 10' is protected from fire at the time of a fire. Accordingly, a prescribed size range has fire resistance from the eaves edge part, and fire catching from the neighbor's house can be prevented.
