A solar cell 5 is provided on the central part of a roofing basic material 4. One end of an anchorage device 8 is fixed to the roofing basic material 4 shown around the solar cell 5, and the other end of the anchorage device 8 is offered on the surface of the solar cell 5 to set solar cell 5. The surface of the anchorage device 8 has almost the same color as that of the surface of the roofing basic material 4 exposed when it is roofed.
