Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module that can suppress electrical conduction between solar battery cells even when a light reflection member having an electrically conductive light reflection film is arranged.SOLUTION: A solar battery module includes two solar battery cells 10 adjacent to each other through a gap therebetween, and a light reflection member 30 which covers the two solar battery cells 10 from one of the two solar battery cells 10 to the other solar battery cell 10 across the gap. The light reflection member 30 includes an insulating member 31 disposed on the surface of the two solar battery cells 10, and an electrically conductive light reflection film 32 formed on the surface of the insulating member 31. The insulating member 31 extends outwards from the electrically conductive light reflection film 32 in plan view of the two solar battery cells 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
