Title:
SOLAR CELL MODULE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3619099
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly bond fellow substrates to each other, avoid the peeling of semiconductor layers due to bending and to reduce the manufacturing cost of a solar cell module.
SOLUTION: In a solar cell module formed by series-connecting a plurality of solar cells, comprising a conductive substrate 1, a semiconductor layer 2 provided on the substrate 1 and constitutes a photoelectric conversion active region, a transparent conductive film 3 provided on the layer 2 and a plurality of current collecting electrodes 4 provided on the film 3, the current collecting electrodes 4 of the solar cell on one side of the solar cells and the substrate 1 of the other solar cell are bonded to each other via a conductive bonding agent 5 and a insulative bonding agent 6 for making a series-connection of the solar cells and the layers 2, the films 3 and the electrodes 4 at the sites, which come into contact with the bonding agent 6, on the films 3 are removed.
