PURPOSE: To prevent the device from becoming a large size and promote to use it practically by a method wherein a hot-water heat exchanger and an indoor heat exchanger are provided in parallel in the delivery pipe of a revolving number control compressor and the compressor is operated in high speed in case the hot-water supplying and room heating are effected while the compressor is operated in low speed when only the hot- water supplying a effected.
CONSTITUTION: High temperature refrigerant gas, discharged out of the compressor 1, flows into a switching valve 3 from the delivery pipe 2 to switch the flow of refrigerant to the indoor heat exchanger 5 upon room heating operation or to the hot-water heat exchanger 4 when the room heating is not being effected. According to this method, when the room heating and hot-water supplying are necessary in winter, the circulating amount of refrigerant for a collector 11 is increased by the high-speed operation of the compressor 1 to promote the heat collection of the collector from solar heat and atmosphere heat and effect the heat collection of high density which is necessary for the sufficient hot-water supplying and room heating. On the other hand, in case only the hot-water supplying operation is necessitated in spring, summer and autumn, the hot-water supplying may be coped with whole day long heat collection, therefore, a highly efficient operation, in which the input of the compressor 1 is reduced, may be effected by operating the compressor 1 in a low speed.
