To provide a solar power generation panel which can be easily employed together with a container and to provide a container vessel mounting the solar power generation panel.

The solar power generation panel 3 includes a solar cell module 4 formed by connecting a plurality of solar cells converting light energy of solar light into power in series and parallel and a supporting member 5 supporting the solar cell module 4. The solar cell module 4 is formed in such a size that can be loaded on the container 2 mounted on the container vessel and corner fittings 6 which can be connected to the container 2 and to a loading device of the container 2 are disposed in a corner parts of the supporting member 5. The same corner fittings 6 as the corner fittings 6 used in eight corners of the container 2 are disposed in eight corners which constitute corner parts of the supporting member 5.
