To provide a solar thermal power generation device capable of generating power on a small scale even in a night zone or without using steam.SOLUTION: A Peltier element or Stirling engine 3 is installed in a solar water heater 1, and a compression pump 2aI and a vacuum pump 2aII are connected, and respectively joined to a collector 2 heated by solar heat at a compression port 2dI and a vacuum port 2dII to rotate a turbine 5, so that even in a night zone, it is possible to realize small-scale power generation without using steam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
