Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid catalyst component for polymerizing olefins capable of providing polypropylene, etc., having stereoregularity and crystallinity in a high yield by combining specific solid components, etc.
SOLUTION: This solid catalyst component is obtained by combining (A) one or more of solid components prepared by using (i) one or more dialkoxymagnesiums of formula I (R1 is a 1-4C alkyl or an aryl), (ii) one or more of titanium compounds of formula II [R2 is a 1-4C alkyl; X is a halogen, (m) is 0-3] and (iii) one or more of aromatic dicarboxylic acid diesters with (B) one or more of solid components prepared by using the components (i) to (iii), (iv) one or more of polysiloxanes and (v) one or more selected from the group of aluminum compounds of formula III or IV [R3 is a 1-4C alkyl; X is a halogen; (n) is 0-3; R4 is a 1-4C alkyl; Y is H or a halogen; (p) is 0-3]. Furthermore, the weight ratio of the components (A) to (B) is preferably (1/99) to (99/1).
