Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid dialyzing pharmaceutical preparation which contains an electrolyte exclusive of sodium bicarbonate, an acid and a sugar component for the purpose of preparation of the two-component type solid sodium bicarbonate dialyzing pharmaceutical preparation which eliminates the possibility of the decomposition and coloration of the sugar component, is capable of maintaining stability and has excellent content uniformity.
SOLUTION: The solid dialyzing pharmaceutical preparation which is a mixture composed of a first composition which consists of nuclear particles containing sodium chloride and coating layers containing ≥1 kind of the electrolyte selected from the group consisting of calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride and sodium acetate, a second composition in which the nuclear particles containing the sugar component are coated with the coating layers consisting of the sugar component of the same kind or different kinds and the acid and the method of preparing for the solid dialyzing pharmaceutical preparation consisting of a process step of obtaining the first composition, a process step of obtaining the second composition and a process step of mixing the first composition, the second composition and the acid.
