Abstract:
To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having low impedance.
The solid electrolytic capacitor 10 comprises a positive electrode 11 made of a valve metal, a dielectric layer 12 formed due to the oxidation of the surface of the positive electrode 11, and a negative electrode 13 that is formed on the dielectric layer 12 and has a solid electrolyte layer 13a containing a π conjugate-based conductive polymer. A neutralizer 12a is adhered to the surface at the side of the negative electrode 13a in the dielectric layer 12.
