Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid powder cosmetic having both a moist feeling and a dry feeling without dryness and roughness or stickiness of the skin.
SOLUTION: This solid powder cosmetic comprises (A) 60-75 wt.% of a powder ingredient containing a porous inorganic powder in an amount of 0.1-20 wt.% in the total composition and (B) 25-40 wt.% of an oil containing a humectant ingredient in an amount of 0.1-15 wt.% in the total composition.
