Abstract:
To provide a solid-state image sensor having a structure which can acquire distance data related to an observation object simultaneously with acquisition of high quality image data at the high speed.SOLUTION: A solid-state image sensor 11 includes a light reception unit 100 in one unit in which a lens 103 provided on a light reception surface, a first light reception element 101 receiving light incident from an object through the lens, and a second light reception element 102 provided on the lower layer of the first light reception element, receiving the light incident from the object through the lens and the first light reception element and acquiring information on the distance to the object form the lamination structure.
