Abstract:
To provide a solid-state imaging device that is provided with a differential input circuit for each pixel, and reduces the power consumption.SOLUTION: In a comparison result output circuit 310, a solid-state image device (light receiving chip 201) includes a current source circuit 327, a pair of differential transistors 227 and 228, and a digital signal generation unit 380. In this solid-state imaging device, the current source circuit 327 supplies a predetermined constant current when a predetermined enable signal is input. The pair of differential transistors 227 and 228 generate a differential amplified signal obtained by amplifying a difference between an analog signal generated by a pixel circuit and a predetermined reference signal using the constant current. The digital signal generation unit 380 generates a digital signal from the differential amplified signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
