This tack agent composition comprises (A) a saturated hydrocarbon-based polymer having in one molecule at least one alkenyl group capable of hydrosilylation reaction, (B) a compound having at least two hydrosilyl groups in the molecule, and (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst, wherein the number of moles of the hydrosilyl groups in the whole component B is 0.8-1.4 times that of the alkenyl groups in the whole component A.
