Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting method and device which stably sort bottles at a high speed and has high reliability by controlling a line pressure.
SOLUTION: Bottles 1 flow on a feed speed control conveyers 50-55 along a guide 60 and are carried to a star wheel 30 of a sorting device main body 45. The respective conveyers 50-55 and the star wheel 30 are individually driven by motors M1F-M6F and a motor M1C respectively. Counter sensors 27-29, 31 and detection sensors 61-64 are provided in the intermediate part of the guide 60. The respective sensors 27-29, 31 count the number of bottles and the sensors 61-64 detect the number of accumulated bottles so as to output to a speed command calculation means respectively. The speeds of the star wheel 30 and the respective conveyers 50-55 are found by a prescribed operation so that the driving of the motor M1C and M1F-M6F are controlled via a motor controller means.
