PURPOSE: To reproduce a sound field with optional speaker arrangement by measuring a speaker position in a listening room, correcting the sound field data in response to the result and applying sound field control based on the sound field data.

CONSTITUTION: An audio signal inputted from an audio signal input terminal 101 is processed by a signal processing unit 102. A sound field data correction means 111 applies correction to the sound field data in the processing by the signal processing unit 102. For example, in order to obtain the same sound pressure at the measured speaker position as at the speaker position of the sound data stored in the sound field data storage means 110, a sound with an amplitude of rb/ra of the amplitude of the sound field data stored in the sound field data storage means 110 is radiated from the speaker, where ra is a distance up to a speaker position assumed by the sound data stored in the sound field data storage means 110 from the listening position and rb is a distance from the listening position to a measured 1st speaker position.
