Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound and vibration generating device which is provided with a sound generating unit and a vibration generating unit housed in a casing and the components of which are not damaged even when the components receive impacts by dropping, etc.
SOLUTION: In a sound and vibration generating device 20, a vibration generating unit 6 is constituted by attaching a magnet device to the main body case 10 of the device 20 through a first diaphragm 1 and a sound generating unit 9 is constituted by attaching a coil 7 to the case 10 through a second diaphragm 8. In the magnet device, a magnetic gap is formed for housing the coil 7 of the sound generating unit 9. An upper stopper 10h with which the magnet device must come into contact in the course of the upward displacement of the device is provided projectingly on the inner peripheral surface of the case 10 and, at the same time, a lower stopper 12f with which the magnet device must come into contact in the course of the downward displacement of the device is provided projectingly on the surface of the bottom plate 12.
