Abstract:
PURPOSE: To greatly reduce the number of processes by extending a folded grounding part, folded to the lower side of a lower bar bearer, backward of an upper bar bearer and forming the middle to be or be almost in contact with the lower bar bearer bent into a chevron shape.
CONSTITUTION: A preset size of wire material is cut at a preset length. The cut wire material is pressed and bent into a M-shape as a whole at twp places, the middle and a position apart from the middle. Then, an upper bar bearer 1 bearing an upper bar and a pair of legs 2 ranging to both ends thereof are formed. Both legs 2 are pressed into a final shape. That is, the rising part 3, the lower bar bearer 4 and the middle 6 are bent in sequence to the lower bar bearer 4 into a chevron shape with one-stroke press operation to provide the folded grounding part 5 for the legs 2. In this way, the number of parts and processes are reduced and a processing time is shortened, resulting in a great cost reduction.
