Abstract:
To provide a spanker tool with which the inclination of a fixed object can be prevented.
At the tip part of the spanker tool 33 operated with a spanker, a rectangular recessed part 41 is recessed, and solder 43 dripped onto a lead frame 42 is formed into the prescribed shape in this recessed part 41. Notches 45 are arranged at the end edge part of a peripheral wall 44 surrounding the recessed part 41. On the bottom surface 50 of the recessed part 41, an X-shaped hollow part 55 composed of linear grooves 53, 54, extending along a diagonal lines, is formed. In this way, on the formed surface of the solder 43, the X- shaped projecting part 58 obtained by crossing two pieces of the projections can be formed.
