To provide spare tire fitting structure in which spare tire supporting brackets and its hoisting device are deformed locally in a large degree at the time of the action of large external force such as at the time of a collision of a vehicle so as to prevent interference between the brackets and a peripheral device such as a caster additionally provided at the vehicle.

A spare tire bracket 1 formed of a plate body is arranged in contact with the upper face of a spare tire 4, and a hoisting device mounting bracket 2 is fixed in a backward inclined state to the upper face of the spare tire bracket 1. The spare tire bracket 1 is formed in such structure as to be deformed downward most easily at a base end part 16 to which the hoisting device mounting bracket 2 is fixed, so that the spare tire bracket 1 is deformed bending downward at this base end part 16 at the time of the action of external force. A clearance between a canister 29 and the hoisting device mounting bracket 2 is thereby enlarged to prevent interference.
