To provide a space evaluation support apparatus configured to contribute to evaluating potential value of a space without requiring complicated processing, a space evaluation support system, and a space evaluation support program.SOLUTION: A space evaluation support apparatus 10 includes: an acquisition unit 11A which acquires different kinds of evaluation values which indicate values of a space to be evaluated; and a derivation unit 11B which derives a difference between combinations of two kinds of evaluation values out of the multiple kinds of evaluation values acquired by the acquisition unit 11A, as potential evaluation value which indicates a potential value in the space which is not exposed yet at that time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
