Abstract:
To solve the problem that special effect procedures accompanied with motions cannot be made into a library by a method of encoding only mask data for special effect.
The mask pattern and data representative of a motion pattern are encoded and are multiplexed into one data to enable making a special effect pattern accompanied with picture deformation into a library. Compressed data for realizing a special effect can be delivered. Further, the data volume of mask data for special effect can be reduced by expanding shape data by a motion vector of expansion.
