Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform automatic measurement during the spherical machining of a work by attracting the work to a spherometer ring, rotatably supporting the spherometer ring, and providing an arm rotatably fitted to a vertically moved supporter. CONSTITUTION:A spherometer ring 3 is rotated so that the opening section is faced downward, an arm 2 is rotated under this condition, the spherometer ring 3 is located immediately above a work on a conveyance path, and a supporter 1 is lowered. The spherometer ring 3 is brought into contact with the work, the spherometer ring 3 is decompressed with a suction tube 4, thus the spherometer 3 attracts the work. The supporter 1 is lifted, and the arm 2 is rotated toward a finishing machine.
