Abstract:
PURPOSE: To downsize a spindle motor which supports a rotor part by noncontact.
CONSTITUTION: A passage 50a for supplying fluid to the stator core 50 opposed to a rotor part 60, and fluid is supplied between the rotor part 60 and the stator core 50 through the passage 50a. Hereby, the rotor part 60 doubling as a spindle can be arranged inside, and the gap 56 between the rotor part 60 and the stator core 50 can be made use of.
