Abstract:
PURPOSE: To supply even fine slivers without generating incorrect draft by arranging cans, a spinning station and a guide device therebetween in a specific state and transporting the sliver drawn out of the cans by a belt.
CONSTITUTION: Guiding devices 7 and 7' for sending slivers 4 and 4' drawn out of cans 5 and 5' in a direction of an arrow A to stretching devices 3 and 3' downwards in a direction of an arrow B, are provided. Transport belts 8 and 8' of the guiding device have horizontal regions 10 and 10' and vertical regions 12 and 12', skids 16 and 16' are spread in the manner of a fishbelly bulge by spreader devices 18 and 18' and the transport belts are closely in contact with the skids.
