Abstract:
To provide a spinning reel for fishing capable of preventing burrs, foreign matters, etc., from adhering to a surface of a spool shaft reciprocating back and forth.SOLUTION: A spinning reel 1 for fishing includes a pinion gear 8 for stopping whirling of a rotor 3 so as to allow it to integrally rotate with the pinion gear, a spool shaft 20 to be inserted into the inside of the pinion gear so as to move forward and backward, and a spool 4 provided at a front end of the spool shaft and made to move forward and backward together with the spool shaft 20 by rotating operation of a handle. The pinion gear 8 and the spool shaft 20 are disposed so as to form a gap therebetween, where recesses 21 are continuously formed on the surface of the spool shaft 20 across 360° as viewed from an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
