To provide a spit-roasting cooking machine capable of maintaining appropriate gaps to a heat source body for preventing uneven roasting body correcting spit-roasting foodstuffs in appropriate conveying positions before reaching the heat source body even if the spit-roasting foodstuffs are get out of appropriate conveying positions by vibration or the like during conveying.
A guiding piece 8 has a guiding groove which is formed along an entering quarter circle part 9 and a leaving quarter circle part 10, and a horizontal part 11 therebetween at corner parts of an upper endless track body, and the guiding piece 8 passes through opposite pieces 5 of U-shaped spit retaining tools 4. The guiding piece 8 is provided with an inclined side 13, which is inclined downward from an approximately horizontal radius position of a guiding part 20 in the leaving quarter circle part of the endless track body 3 so as to approach the endless track body 3. The guiding piece 8 is also provided with a bending part 19 so that a lower edge of the inclined side 13 approaches a foodstuff fitting side of a roasting spit.
