A first mounting part 5 is provided at a back side of a spoiler 4. A second mounting part 6 is provided at a lower part of the spoiler 4 and extends therefrom. The spoiler 4 is placed at a surface side of the bumper 1, and the second mounting part 6 of the spoiler 4 is placed at the back side of the bumper 1. The first mounting part 5 of the spoiler 4 is inserted in an opening 2 formed at the lower part of the bumper 1. The lower part of the bumper 1 is sandwiched with the spoiler 4 and the second mounting part 6 of the spoiler 4 by connecting the first and second mounting parts 5, 6 of the spoiler 4, and the spoiler 4 is attached to the lower part of the bumper 1.
