Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage bulk material spontaneous ignition prevention device capable of detecting and responding with pinpoint to temperature rise and preventing spontaneous ignition of the bulk material beforehand.SOLUTION: A storage bulk material spontaneous ignition prevention device includes a plurality of capsules 3 which are inserted together with a bulk material and buried in a bulk material storage tank storing the bulk material. The capsule 3 includes: a tank part 3a into which a cooling gas G is press-fitted; a temperature sensor 4 which detects the temperature of the bulk material; and a valve 5 which releases the cooling gas G press-fitted into the tank part 3a that is opened when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 4 exceeds a set value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
