Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain in a simplified manner a coil having a different winding direction by connecting one flange of two spools with a connection member for forming a hinge.
CONSTITUTION: A coil spool has a winding portion 1 and winding portion 2. The winding portion 1 has a pair of flanges 3a, 3b and the winding portion 2 has a pair of flanges 4a, 4b. A connection member 6 comprising the resin having a hinge portion 5 serves to connect the flange 3a to the flange 4a. When winding the coil wire around the coil spool, the flange 3a is coupled with the flange 4a by bending them at the hinge portion 5 and the coil wire is wound successively around the winding portions 1 and 2 by a winder provided separately.
