Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sport good applying pattern to a sport good such as a fishing rod, a golf club, a racket, a ski good or bicyle good such as a frame, etc., by forming a ground color layer on the outside of the body and exhibiting pattern in diffused state on the surface of ground color layer from the inside.
CONSTITUTION: A desired pattern layer 14 is formed by screen printing, etc., using ink, etc., containing a thermal diffusing dye on the outside of a primer layer 12. A ground color layer 16 of a resin coating material of color coating having hiding power to a rod pipe body 10 and the primer layer 12 is formed on the outside of the pattern layer 14. A thermally diffusing dye is exhibited on the surface of a ground color layer 16 by heating from the surface side of the rod pipe body 10 to form a pattern 14'.
