PURPOSE: To make it possible to carry out spot air-conditioning appropriately and usefully by providing a sensor for detecting an object in the vicinity of a discharge port and experimentally displacing the same together with the discharge port, and automatically determining a position where the object exists.

CONSTITUTION: Drive means PC displaces a discharge port 4 through which an air-conditioning gas is locally discharged coping with the position variation while a sensor 16 detects whether or not the object exists on the route for discharging the air-conditioning gas from the discharge port 4, and is provided in the vicinity of the discharge port 4 so that the sensor 16 is displaced together with the discharge port displacement operation due to the drive means PC. Upon the operation of discharge operation of the air-conditioning gas, control means CM experimentally displaces the discharge port 4 by the automatic operation with respect to the drive means PC, and automatically determines a normal discharge operation executing position where the object exists on the discharge route based on the result of detection of the sensor 16 thereby realizing concentrated spot air-conditioning with respect to the object.
