A movable body 15 capable of freely moving the position is interposed between a pressing body integrally projected to an actuator 13 and a shoulder cover 11. When the pressing body 15, the movable body 22 and the shoulder cover 11 are successively brought into contact with each other, the movement of a stem is made impossible. When the movable body 22 is arranged between the pressing body 15 and the shoulder cover 11 to enable to press and move the pressing body 15, the stem is pressed in a direction to open a valve and the aerosol content is sprayed.
