Abstract:
PURPOSE: To spray coat an article with a uniform output without clogging nozzles, by using a primary and a secondary coating compound tanks, and metering pumps free of sliding parts or gear meshing parts.
CONSTITUTION: The slurry coating compound is sent from the primary compound coating tank 1 to the secondary tank 7 by the pump 3 free of sliding or gear meshing parts or recycled to the tank 1 by changing over the primary three-way valve 6, and fed from the secondary tank 7 to the spray gun 19 by the metering pump 14 free of sliding or gear meshing parts via the secondary three-way valve 17
