Abstract:
To provide a spray pyrolysis device capable of applying heat from a combustion burner to a spray mist in an almost equal manner, securing necessary treatment temperature and holding time, for acquiring at high yield, fine particles with homogeneity, without complex structure.SOLUTION: There is provided an internal combustion type spray pyrolysis device comprising an upward spray nozzle on a bottom of a vertical cylindrical pyrolysis furnace, two to four combustion burners which are arranged in a diagonal state at an almost equal distance from a bottom of the pyrolysis furnace, and one or more auxiliary heat sources arranged on a tangential direction in the pyrolysis furnace body and on an upper part of combustion burner of the pyrolysis furnace body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
