Abstract:
To provide a sprayed coating on a gas turbine blade, having improved erosion resistance on collision with fine particles in combustion gas.
The sprayed coating on the gas turbine blade is applied onto the surface of the gas turbine blade for improved erosion resistance. The sprayed coating is a mixture (Cr3C2-25%NiCr) of ceramics powder having average particle sizes of 40-100μm and metal powder. With the ceramics powder joined to the metal powder after melted, the coating is formed which has high hardness and fine density.
