Abstract:
To provide a spray material for spray concrete, excellent in developing initial strength after spraying, hardly generating dust, and excellent in safety and hygiene, and a spray method using the same.SOLUTION: A slurry spray material for use in spray concrete, which is slurry composed of a powdered accelerator containing at least 50 mass% of an inorganic composition composed of calcium aluminate (A) of a CaO/AlOmolar ratio of 0.5 to 3.0 and specific surface of not smaller than 3000 cm/g and a sulfate salt (B) of specific surface of not smaller than 2500 cm/g, with the content of (A) being 20 to 80 mass parts and that of (B) being 80 to 20 mass parts in 100 mass parts of the sum of (A) and (B), and of a non-aqueous liquid, is characterized in that the content of the powdered accelerator is 40 to 80 mass parts and that of the non-aqueous liquid is 60 to 20 mass parts in 100 mass parts of the slurry and the viscosity of the slurry at 20°C is not greater than 10 Pa-s; and the spray method using the same is disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
