Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the square circuit which has a low power consumption and is superior in high frequency characteristic
CONSTITUTION: A pair of bipolar transistors TRs Q1 and Q2 which have output ends connected in common and whose input ends a differential signal (voltage V1) is inputted between and another bipolar TR Q3 to which a DC voltage VC is inputted are driven by a common current source I0. MOS TRs may be used instead of three bipolar TRs Q1, Q2, and Q3.
