To also apply to a high-temperature superconductive SQUID where spatially three-dimensional pickup coil cannot be formed easily by applying a feedback magnetic flux with a size that is proportional to the output of the drive circuit of one of at least three SQUIDs to at least one of the SQUIDs.
The SQUID flux meter is provided with at least three SQUIDs 11a-14a, drive circuits 11b-14b for independently driving each of the SQUIDs 11a-14a, and feedback coils 11c-14c for feeding back magnetic flux with a size being proportional to the output of the drive circuit being mounted to each of the SQUIDs. Then, feedback magnetic flux with a size that is proportional to the output of the drive circuit of one of the SQUIDs 11a-14a is applied to at least one of the SQUIDs via the feedback coils 11c-14c of the SQUID. Also, feedback magnetic flux with a size being proportional to the output of the drive circuit of the SQUID other than the SQUIDs is additively applied to one SQUID via a feedback coil.
