CONSTITUTION: At least one compd. containing at least one N-substd. sterically hindered piperidino, morpholino or pyrrolidino group or a polymer with a polyorganosiloxane structure containing sterically hindered piperidino groups in the molecule is compounded with lacquers or coatings.
