The stabilizer is constructed by turnably mounting a portion 18a, extending to the cross direction of a vehicle, of the stabilizer 18 formed in a U-shape in a plan view along an axle 3 and connecting the stabilizer 18 at both ends 18b extending to either the front or rear side of the vehicle to a chassis frame at the upper part thereof via a pair of stabilizer links 19 arranged in a truncated chevron shape in such a manner as to approach one with the other as tending upward.
