To provide a stabilizer support structure capable of cost reduction for production of support members.
This stabilizer support structure elastically supports a stabilizer 4 at a vehicle body side member 1 through two support members 2 fixed at the vehicle body side member 1, where the stabilizer 4 is inserted into a through-hole 12 which is included in the support members 2. Then a first coating film 18 created by coating is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the stabilizer 4, and a surface 18a of the first coating film 18 is formed parallel to an inner peripheral surface 12a of the through-hole 12. Furthermore, a plurality of a recessed grooves 22 are provided on the surface 18a of the first coating film 18, and the recessed groove 22 are formed so that an angle θ between a side wall 22a and the inner peripheral surface 12a of the through-hole 12 makes less than a right angle. Then a second coating film 24 is constituted of both the coating forming the first coating film 18 and a coating having the same hardness after its hardening, and a lubricant 26 is arranged between the recessed groove 22 and the first coating film 18 and the second coating film 24.
