PURPOSE: To stably run substance in fluid by existing a large number of fiber standing hair consisting of fiber lower than one denier of single fiber degree among the interface portion between the substance and the fluid.
CONSTITUTION: The stably running material of substance in fluid is constructed in a way that a large number of fiber standing hairs consisting of fibers lower than one denier of single fiber degree among the interface portion between the substance and the fluid. As method for manufacturing superfine fiber lower than one denier of single fiber degree, there are methods in which fiber such as separation type, division type complex fiber is used and also separation, division superfining treatment is conducted by proper chemical or physical method adjusted to the fiber so as to get superfine fiber and superfining treatment is conducted by the removal of a component of complex fiber so as to get the superfine fiber.
