Abstract:
PURPOSE: To speed up bundling at a discharging part of a bag making machine.
CONSTITUTION: Bags from a bag making machine are accelerated by an accelerating conveyer 3. The bags from the accelerating conveyer 3 are received by a variable speed conveyer 4 and collected for each row, and once the bags reach a predetermined amount, they are discharged at a high speed. The bags dropping from the variable speed conveyer 4 are received by a laterally feeding conveyer 5 and stacked on a pile. The laterally feeding conveyer sends out the pile of the bags onto a table 6. A clamping device 7 catches the pile of the bags on the table and carry them out to an arranging device with vibration. The arranging device with vibration applies vibration to the pile of the bags to shape them. A bundler 9 receives the pile of the bag to have them bundled, and then discharges the pile.
