PURPOSE: To ignore the Doppler shift by dividing the standard frequency into two parts and then giving a fixed delay to one of the two parts to transmit it via the stationary satellite, thus realizing the supply of the standard frequency of the high stability, high accuracy and high quality each.
CONSTITUTION: Oscillation source 1 of frequency f0 in the central station is divided 2 into two parts. One of the two parts receives the delay (amount τ0) through delaying circuit 4, and thus phases 1 and 2 of each input at input terminals 14 and 15 of multiple converter 6 feature 1=0 and 2=0-ω0τ0 each. Then the multiple conversion is given to the two inputs of converter 6, and then these inputs receive conversion 8 and isolation again via the satellite propagation route of radio transmitter/receiver 7, stationary satellite 10 and radio transmitter/receiver 9 each. Output 16 is supplied to phase comparator 11 and phase control circuit 12 after receiving delay τ0 identical to circuit 4 via delaying circuit 5, and thus the steady standard frequency is obtained at terminal 13. In such case, the variation amplitude is suppressed like curve 22 (conventionally curve 21) for phase fluctuation Δ caused by the Doppler shift. And the more intensively the variation amplitude receives the suppression the smaller the time τ0 (correction time interval).
