Title:
STATIC ELECTRICITY MEASURING DEVICE USING ELEMENT STARTING ENERGIZATION BY PRESCRIBED VOLTAGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002286773
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for creating map information of static electricity by using a fixed-potential detection probe independent of boundary conditions, in the background wherein improvement of equipment for static electricity countermeasure/static electricity application is progressed by using a relative value, on the grounds that the true value of the static electricity in a three- dimensional space is hard to determine because an indication value of a conventional static electricity measuring device is changed with the change of the boundary condition.

The potential detection probe is formed by using an element starting energization by a prescribed voltage, and the map information of the static electricity is created from the probe position determined when the probe is moved in an electric field, and the number of times of energization, namely, an electric potential. Hereby, the true value of the static electricity unidentified hitherto can be measured.
