To provide a station service unit and an inter-station advertisement supply system which efficiently supply an advertisement to an IC card user by using individual information and the use history of the IC card.

A ticket issuing machine being one of the station service units is provided with a storage medium processing means reading or writing information from/into the IC card, a display means displaying reading and writing processing results or guide information and an advertisement selecting means selecting the advertisement applied to the user based on individual information obtained by the reading processing of the storage medium. When a ticket is purchased with the IC card, the attribute of the customer can be found from individual information stored in the IC card. Thus, the advertisement on a commodity and service which are imagined to meet the interest of the customer is selected and supplied. The display means displays the advertisement selected by the advertisement selecting means.
