Abstract:
To provide a stator core for an axial gap motor and a manufacturing method thereof which can reduce the size of production equipment.SOLUTION: A stator core 1 for an axial gap motor includes a yoke portion 10 made of a sheet metal member or the like and provided with a locking portion 12, a tooth portion 20 which is a powder magnetic core and has a lower surface 20b which is a portion to be locked by the locking portion 12, and a manufacturing method of the stator core 1 for the axial gap motor includes, for example, the steps of press-working a sheet metal member to form a yoke portion 10 having locking portions 12 that are a plurality of protrusions, and inserting and fixing the locking portion 12 to the tooth portion 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
