Title:
STATOR OF MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3892161
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of insulation material to facilitate a binding work of insulation tubes and lead wires by cuffing both ends of a rectangular film and fastening the cuffed parts to the ends of an iron core and obtaining a specified space between coils and tooth sections of the iron core and then binding the coils with a binder string passed through the space.
SOLUTION: An insulating material 6 is cut into a rectangular shape and then both end parts are folded back to form cuffs which allow the insulating material 6 to be fastened to both ends in the axial direction (stacked direction) of an iron core 1. Then, each coil 4 is wound around each tooth section 2 of the iron core 1 and a specified insulation space is secured between the ends of the iron core 1 and the coils 4. Next, a connection is covered with an insulation tube 9 and coil ends on both ends of the iron core 1 are bound with a binder string 7 such as a polyester fiber string. As a result, an amount of the insulating material can be remarkably reduced and therefore the connection 9 and a part of a lead wire 8 which is arranged in the iron core 1 can be fastened easily and firmly.
